It may be that you have anything from a single apple tree upwards for which you have no prospect of using the apples they grow. In that case, how about getting in touch and letting me know?
Your apples can then be either delivered here, or I’ll come and harvest them for you. In exchange you would receive some apple juice or cider. There are many variables that would need to be considered to establish how viable this would be, but I welcome you getting in touch.
Why do this? Because your apples are a wonderful resource and “we” shouldn’t be wasting them. I’m well aware that there are many people who have no way of using all the apples their tree(s) provide, but equally I don’t like to see them squandered upon the ground. I am sure you would prefer not to have to go to the effort of clearing up and/or taking them to the municipal composting facility.
Do get in touch and find out what we can do to help.
